Summary: The host Alison is not a nice person to deal with. Lots of miscommunication. Telling us one thing and then writing something different in texts. WATCHOUT!!! Alison will add extra fees after you leave and try to justify them.!!! The deposit that was demanded right before we arrived, was so large I had to clear my credit card to cover it. The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on and I bumped my head hard on a rectangular, sharp-cornered metal caddy that was hung in the shower at eye level. I mentioned that to her , and she had no response or concern for me getting hurt. We asked her if we could have a few family members over for breakfast for 2 hours one morning and she said no, and blamed it on VRBO not allowing her to occupy more than six. It was a just a breakfast not a party. So we missed out on seeing family! So after a very unpleasant stay and telling Alison about it , she charges us all these extra fees! The place is nice, it just needs to be managed by someone with a soul.

Summary: Cozy little home perfect for an extended weekend get away. Everything was exactly as described. Host was very easy to reach, personable and responded in an appropriately timed manor. Power and Wi-Fi cut in and out frequently, but to be fair, there was a snowstorm.

Summary: This place was just magical. My family and I enjoyed it so much. We stayed for a week and two of those days we stayed inside the cabin because there was a snow storm. Watching it from inside and drinking hot coco was almost like we were in a movie. The kids played outside in 3ft of snow. It was great. The place was clean and The landlord responded to anything we had questions on. I would recommend this place to get away

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Bailey catching up. We took advantage of the town of Evergreen nearby for ice skating and delicious meals! We also loved having the hot tub and trail to walk on nearby!

Summary: We stayed in Bailey to attend a wedding at Mountain View Ranch in Pine and it was the perfect location. Property is spacious, homey clean, and has all the amenities. We had trouble getting the heat going but worked with Ali via email until we got it right. There was an unexpected snowstorm (12 inches!) and Ali said the snowshovel was misplaced so we used a broom and dustpan to clear the porch, steps and a short path to the car. Our adult son is looking to travel to the Bailey area and I have already recommended the Bailey Getaway.

Summary: Bailey is a great area with beautiful Mountain View’s and still close to bigger towns for shopping, restaurants etc. Home was very spacious and had all the general amenities needed. We do not recommend for elderly people who do not do stairs well. Could use hand railings in house from front door to other landings. Also toilets very low and small for elderly people. Ali was very easy to work with and we vey much enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ali.

Summary: Our family stayed here for a week while we hiked, visited Vail and Breckinridge, and saw a concert at Red Rocks. It was a great central location. Ali was a great, communicative host and the house was very clean.
